Weekends £72 include; Three yoga sessions, two walks, lunch, tea & cakes.
Days £45 include; Two yoga sessions including yoga nidra, one walk, lunch, tea & cakes.
Short days in Long Buckby £35 include: One yoga session, one walk, Lunch, tea and cakes and yoga nidra
Classes incorporate a variety of breathing exercises, postures, relaxation, mudras and meditation. Each session lasts for around 1 ½ - 2 hours and is suitable to all levels of ability, with the opportunity to work within individual limits and beyond what we believe ourselves capable of.
The classes flow, helping the individual to focus on themselves, physically and internally, uniting the body, mind and spirit - YOGA. Within the flow the aim is for a balanced release, stretch and strengthen for body and mind.
Walks aim to be about 2 hours long on public footpaths. They pass along a variety of tracks, meadows and quiet county roads crossing over styles, streams and through villages. We walk at an easy pace to enjoy the surroundings, the company and the good weather!
If weather is particularly bad we may choose to shorten a walk and extend an indoor session.
Home made and where possible organic vegetarian soups, cakes and cookies, with freshly baked bread, cheese selection, fresh fruit and a wide variety of teas, coffee and juice.
On Saturday evening those who choose eat together in a local pub.

These aim to be located in an attractive village surrounded by beautiful countryside accessible to walkers.
